By using Meenda.com (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by local law). You must provide accurate information, especially related to wallet and payments.

3. Account

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Protect your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Meenda may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

4 .Wallet & Payments

  • You may add funds using supported payment methods.
  • Wallet balance can be used for gifting only on the platform.
  • Cash withdrawals are not supported unless stated in future terms.
  • Refunds are at Meenda’s discretion and subject to payment processor fees.

5.Gifting

  • All purchased gifts are final and non-refundable.
  • Gifts appear publicly on persona walls.
  • Gifting must not be unlawful, abusive, spammy, or fraudulent.

6.Social Media Linking

By linking accounts, you authorize Meenda to access profile information according to each platform’s API terms.

7. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Meenda a license to display and use it.

8.Prohibited Conduct

  • Violating laws or third-party rights.
  • Reverse engineering the platform.
  • Using bots or automation to manipulate interactions.
  • Falsifying identities or information.

9.Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is". Meenda does not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Lost profits.
  • Lost data.
  • Any indirect or consequential damages.

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Meenda from claims related to your use of the Service.

12. Termination

Meenda may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

14. Changes

Meenda may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.
